Studies have shown that taking L-Citrulline increases vasodilation by raising plasma arginine levels. Black Ginger Extract is also famous for its benefits to improve erectile function. Human clinical trials reported that Black Ginger Extract improves peripheral blood circulation and peripheral vasculature. Black Ginger Extract has a very high level of 5,7 dimethoxyflavone, which is the most potent flavone in PDE5 inhibition as it inhibits the enzyme that breaks down nitric oxide (NO) thereby prolonging vasodilation.
